Cameron Jones

Hello and welcome to my website. I'm a PhD candidate in the Animal Behavior graduate group in the Sih Lab at UC Davis.

My research consists of investigating how consistent among-individual variation in behavior mediates invasive-native species interactions. Particularly, how population levels of behavioral variation influences eco-evolutionary dynamics in invasive and native species post invasion. Currently using invertebrates such as praying mantids and widow spiders, I would ultimately like to understand how levels of behavioral variation change overtime and the effect these changes have on native species persistence and invasive species impact.
